Changing Thoughts

Your current thoughts are the only thing you really have control over. Becoming conscious of your thoughts in this moment, opens a space for things to shift in your life. Being aware and accountable that you are always creating your circumstances gives you the opportunity to choose a different thought. Everyone suffers from guilt and self hatred, feeling they are never good enough. Consciously choosing to have another thought when those thoughts appear begins the process of claiming a better life.
