What happens in a session?
The first session takes 50 minutes. This is a time to review your goals and intentions, focus on the areas that you view as being a problem, and figure out the best steps to take to achieve the goals you desire. These can be done via phone or in person, whichever you prefer.
What can I expect from a session?
Each session is individually catered to you and the progress you have made and or concerns you may have. Though most sessions will occur over the phone, these sessions can be combined with Neuro Kinesiology and other healing methods.
How many sessions will I need?
The amount of sessions you will need is a personal decision. It is similar to the question of how much do I need to work out at the gym for optimal results. The answer is, how fit do you want to be? Because it takes time to make significant shifts in your life, I recommend doing sessions for a minimum of 3 months, or twelve sessions. These can be done in several ways. Some clients enjoy doing a weekly 15 min session while others prefer 25 min. every other week. After you have successfully accomplished your goal, I recommend doing coaching a minimum of once a month for 6 months for maintenance.
How should I expect to feel after treatment?
My intention is to challenge your beliefs and keeping you moving forward making significant steps toward your goal. I desire for you to see results as much as you do. You will feel good about your progress in our sessions.
